PLACING ORDERS: You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All credit card information is protected by a secure server. CollegeCrib.Com accepts all major credit cards i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa; along with PayPal.

At this time, The College Crib ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The College Crib ships merchandise to all military address (APO, FPO), but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING: To track your package, check your email box for the tracking number or call Customer Service at 615.329.3885 (ext 118) and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise at ups.com or usps.com depending on the shipper.

IN STORE PICK-UP:  If you want to avoid paying for shipping charges, you can arrange for your order to be picked up at our Nashville retail location. Any order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will usually be ready for pickup the same business day (Monday-Friday, No holidays). To avoid the shipping and handling charges for your order you must select in-store pickup as your shipping method, otherwise merchandise will be shipped to you.

STANDARD DELIVERY:  Order by 3:00 p.m. Central Time. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3:00 will usually be on the way to you the next business day (Monday-Friday, No holidays)

Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 5 to 10 business days.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

ALL DELIVERIES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNTURE FOR VERIFICATION. Our carrier will attempt to deliver your package 3 times; if your item is undeliverable we will contact you once the package has been returned back to us. We will resend your order out once we receive an address verification; however, reshipment fees apply (typically, what you paid for shipping on your original order).

EXPRESS DELIVERY:  Order by 12:00 p.m. Central Time. Express Service (add $25 per standard delivery charge) provides 2 -3 day delivery for in stock items, guaranteed.

Express Delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, heavy or oversized items, Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all merchandise purchased is subject to a $5.00 handling fee.  The law requires that we collect the applicable tax (9.25) on all shipments placed within the State of Tennessee. 

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order. 

SPECIAL HANDLING (Courier Pick-up): Our primary carrier is USPS and we also rely on our secondary carries (UPS and FEDEX) to handle our shipments. Do note that the shipping charges on the box label only reflect partial payment of the total shipping cost involved. Any additional charges that you may be billed are to due to the special handling & courier pickup costs involved.

SALES TAX: The College Crib charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

DAMAGED/MISSING SHIPMENT: Simply report it to your Mail Deliverer and request a claim number. Collegecrib.com must be notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any damaged items. All merchandise must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) or it will not be accepted.

Please note: Once the claim is settled, we will issue you a refund or reship the merchandise. Damaged orders require a 4 to 6 week process period.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: If the particular garment size and/or color that you ordered are currently out of stock or on back order, you may either:

  • Choose a different size and/or color.
  • Wait until your particular size and color is in stock.
  • Request a full refund or store credit.

SUBSTITUTIONS: In the event one or more of the items you ordered are on back-order or discontinued you can either wait for the item(s) to come in, get another comparable item(s) or get a refund.

Please Note: We reserve the right to substitute items of comparable value to fill group orders if we discover a shortage or manufacturer's defect in one or more of your items. You will be notified, if time permits, prior to shipping of any substitutions.

Custom Items: As soon as your full payment has been received, we order the blank items to fill your order. From this point forward, your garment type, garment color or item (if not clothing) cannot be changed without additional restocking/processing fees.

ADD–ONS & RE-ORDERS: You cannot add-on to your INDIVIDUAL order. You can place a second order that will be processed separately from your initial order. You may be able to add-on to a group order depending on the specifics of your order; however there may be additional charges for doing so.

You may re-order more of an item as long as you meet the minimum order requirement when applicable. For group screen printing orders, the minimum for re-orders is at least 24 pieces. The price per item may increase when placing a re-order. We highly recommend ordering extra items when placing group orders as add-ons and re-orders are not always possible. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All merchandise must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) or it will not be accepted. In order to obtain RA#, you must contact customer service at 615.329.3885 ext 118.

PRINT THIS PAGE AND RETURN WITH YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.

Return Form

Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order, returns/exchanges are generally not accepted and we are ONLY able to accept returns on custom-made items for defective merchandise or error we have made. In those cases a corrected replacement is sent to you. For non-customized merchandise, the returned item will incur a 25% processing/re-stocking fee. Returns/Exchanges must take place within 15 days of receipt of item. CUSTOM ORDERS, SALES ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND SPECIAL ORDERS MAT NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
