How long does it take to ship my order?
We strive to get orders out as soon as they come in. However, during peak seasons like Holidays and probate weeks it can take longer. If you order merchandise that is out of stock we will wait until we have all of the merchandise before we ship to save you on shipping costs. We will notify you if that is the case.

We ship via USPS or UPS. The transit time depends on the shipping method we choose and where the parcel is being shipped.


Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
An order can be cancelled if it has not been sent to the shipping department but there will be a 15% restocking charge retained. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by CollegeCrib.com up to the point of cancellation.

How can I customize my order to any organization?
We can customize jackets, t-shirts, wall crests, caps, and afghans. Most wearables can be customized. Please email us at info@collegecrib.com for more information and technical specifications.

Can I return my custom-made merchandise?
We strive for perfection but occasionally something can slip by us. We are only able to accept defective merchandise or mistakes we have made. We will gladly correct our errors. For example, if it doesn’t fit and it is the size you ordered it is not defective! Please call or send an email to answer all of your questions prior to placing an order.

How can I pay and is it safe?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and money orders.
We will accept personal checks but they must clear the bank before orders are processed.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Yes, we have done everything possible to ensure the privacy and security of your information and transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data is treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so please be assured that your transactions and credit card information are protected. With SSL technology, information transmitted over the Internet can be trusted to be viewed by our server only.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In stock items are shipped immediately. If the item is out of stock please take that into consideration, as we will ship it as soon as it returns to our stock. We make every effort to keep sufficient stock levels. When you need it fast please consider faster shipping alternatives such as our Express 2-3 Day shipping. Remember this alternative does cost more to ship.


What are your shipping fees?
A handling fee of $2.50 is assessed for every order that we ship out. Our shipping fees start at $4.99 and increases as the price of the order increases. Once your order is complete we will ship “best way- lowest cost” unless you have a preference.

Shipping charges can also be affected by the weight of items. Heavier items such as wall crests will incur additional shipping charges as charged by our couriers. Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of the shipping costs to get the package back to you.
